This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available. Processing Fees will be applied.
All payments are non-refundable.
MPAA is offering a Payment Plan for the 2025 season.
The Payment Plan will be available for anyone who registers before 4/1/25.
You will be given the option to "Pay in Full" or select the "Payment Plan" at Check-Out.
Payments are due as follows:
6-12 Years Old
First Payment: $200.00 (due at Registration)
2nd payment: $78.00 due 4/15/25
3rd Payment: $78.00 due 5/15/25
8th Grade
First Payment: $200.00 (due at Registration)
2nd Payment: $88.00 due 4/15/25
3rd Payment: $88.00 due 5/15/25
If you do not complete your payment plan by the May 30th cut off date, your child will not be registered & will not receive any of their items.
Payments come out automatically for the 2nd & 3rd payments from the credit card you make your 1st payment with.
If you need to update your payment information, you must do so before the due date. You can access this information from your Sports Engine Account.
All Park Fees are included in registration costs but processing fees will be applied separately.
No Refunds once registration is submitted.
